Caren is direct and consistent with her feedback, and is a coach who wants players to understand the full process and why each action is important.
Proudest Moment as a Coach
Fighting back at the USAV GJNC in the semi finals in extra points in set 2 to force a game 3, and coming back from a major deficit in set 3 to win 15-13 to go to the finals. That showed the grit and heart that team truly had to push together as a team to achieve their goal.
Personal Note from Coach
My goal is to provide a comfortable space to learn and grow as a volleyball player and person. I enjoy getting to know each player and what motivates them to compete.
